Ricco Bhasin Joins Torys’ Toronto Office

Torys is pleased to announce that Ricco Bhasin has joined the firm as an associate in our Corporate and Capital Markets Practice.

Ricco Bhasin’s practice focuses on corporate law, specializing in M&A and private equity. He has experience acting for targets, acquirors and financial advisers in domestic, U.S. and cross-border public and private mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, including asset and stock transactions, take-over bids, distressed & restructuring transactions, auction transactions, joint ventures, take-private transactions and minority investments. He has also advised clients on capital markets transactions, including securities offerings, proxy matters and on general corporate and governance matters. Ricco has advised a wide-range of public corporations, pension funds, private equity firms, investment banks & dealers and private investors.

Ricco is conversant in Punjabi and Hindi.
