Elyse Sunshine and Lonny Rosen are delighted to welcome Sari Feferman to the partnership!
Called to the Bar in 2012, Sari joined Rosen Sunshine LLP in 2017, after practising at a boutique personal injury firm for several years. Sari’s interest in health and regulatory law predated and led to her association with Rosen Sunshine LLP. Sari brings a client focus and passion to her practice when representing professionals, healthcare facilities, professional associations, and individuals in all manner of regulatory proceedings and in civil litigation. As an active member of the health and regulatory law community, Sari has served as an editor of Health Law in Canada Journal. She is currently a member of the board of the HIV and AIDS Legal Clinic and an executive member of the OBA Health Law Section. She is an engaged member of The Advocates’ Society and the Medico-Legal Society of Toronto and a regular presenter at continuing education events.
