Lionel is a seasoned lawyer and patent agent with a diverse range technical expertise. Informed by his varied engineering experience and legal training, Lionel offers practical and strategic counsel on all issues related to developing, securing, utilizing and enforcing intellectual property rights, with a particular focus on patent and design rights. Drawing on his technical expertise, he advises Canadian companies of all sizes and from a wide range of sectors, assisting them in extracting the maximum value from their inventions and novel designs.
