Stephanie specializes in the acquisition, sale, development and financing of commercial real estate. Her practice also includes condominium and multi-unit rental developments, and leasing matters, acting for both landlords and tenants.

She has a vast amount of experience in drafting and negotiating a wide range of agreements and documents in connection with land development and many real estate related transactions, including agreements of purchase and sale, loan and security documents, easement and restrictive covenant agreements, and lease agreements.

Stephanie deals with a wide variety of commercial developments, conveyancing and financing matters, ranging from addressing planning and zoning issues, to the purchase and sale of commercial properties. Her practice includes reviewing title and off-title searches as well as land transfer tax deferrals in corporate reorganizations, and she has gained extensive experience in dealing with planning and development matters relating to shopping centre developments, including severances of properties, cross easements and restrictive covenants.
