Tupman & Bloom LLP is thrilled to welcome Amanda Bettencourt to the partnership.

For the last six years, Amanda has dedicated her practice to the areas of wills, estates, trust and capacity litigation. She provides passionate representation for beneficiaries, trustees and executors, attorneys acting under powers of attorney, as well as clients faced with financial vulnerability and capacity concerns. Amanda also has a particular understanding of the complex legal issues that intersect the areas of estates, capacity, and family law, having previously worked at the Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee.

Amanda has appeared as lead counsel before all levels of Courts in Ontario and has represented clients on motions, trials, appeals, and applications. She regularly appears in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Estates List).
