September 26, 2013WeirFoulds is pleased to announce that Lori M. Duffy, has been selected as a recipient of the 2013 Lexpert Zenith Awards, honouring Women Leaders in the Legal Profession.
This year, the Awards celebrate women who have led their clients and colleagues and have been a role model within their communities and for other women in the profession.
With more than 25 years of experience, Lori heads the firm’s Estates, Trusts and Charities practice and is the Founder and Chair of the WeirFoulds Women’s Business Network. She is a Past President of the Canadian Association of Women Executives and Entrepreneurs; a former member of the Executive of the Women’s Law Association of Ontario; and the former Vice-Chairperson of the Real Property Section of the Ontario Bar Association. Lori has also been named by Best Lawyers® Canada in her practice area.
Lori is a Director of and is actively involved with the Martin Aboriginal Education Initiative, is Director of the Providence Healthcare Foundation, is the Chair of their Planned Giving committee and a Founder of "Women in Philanthropy for Providence (WIPP)".
