WeirFoulds welcomes Claire McNevin as an associate
September 24, 2019WeirFoulds is pleased to welcome associate Claire McNevin to the firm’s Estates, Trusts and Charities Practice Group. Claire’s practice is focused on wills, trusts and estates.
Prior to joining the firm, Claire worked as a judicial law clerk for the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. In her role she provided oral opinions, written legal memoranda, and case law research to judges of the Central South region. She edited judgments and prepared pre-hearing bench memoranda, including analyzing facta and summarizing decisions under review, for Divisional Court panels.
During her time at the Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia, Claire also worked at the Allard Law International Justice and Human Rights Clinic, and as a research assistant with a focus on international trade law.
