Wildeboer Dellelce LLP welcomes Niall Sweeney as an associate.

Niall practises primarily in the areas of corporate finance and securities, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate and commercial law.

Niall received a Juris Doctor from the Faculty of Law at the University of Windsor and a Juris Doctor from the School of Law at the University of Detroit Mercy. Prior to law school, he obtained an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto, specializing in Political Science.

During his first year of law school, Niall completed a legal internship in Detroit at The Department of Corporation Counsel for Wayne County.

Beyond the classroom, Niall was a member of the Windsor Law Hockey Team as well as a member of the On-Campus Interview Student Advisor Committee for the Career Services Office. He has also received the Toronto Fire Services Certificate of Merit Award.

Outside of law, Niall’s interests include playing golf, hockey and supporting Toronto’s professional sports teams.
