Wildeboer Dellelce Welcomes New Lawyer Tommy Sorbara

Tommy practises primarily in the areas of corporate commercial, securities and commercial real estate law with a focus on commercial real estate and general business law matters.
Tommy has acted for clients in connection with property development, sales, acquisitions, joint ventures, commercial leasing and financing transactions, including acquisition facilities and operating facilities and has also represented both issuers and investment dealers in respect of public offerings and private placements of securities.
Tommy joined the firm as a summer student in 2013 and completed his articles with the firm in 2015. During law school, Tommy participated in both the Western Family Law and Small Claims Court Projects where he assisted individuals in navigating various court documents and procedures. Tommy also participated in the Western Law Exchange Program where he studied at Copenhagen University.
Tommy is an avid musician and is currently a member of the board of directors of the group of twenty seven, an orchestral group that strives to enhance the ways in which classical music is presented and appreciated while also giving back to the community through various outreach initiatives.
