Aisha Ramakrishnan joins Aird & Berlis LLP

Aird & Berlis LLP is pleased to announce that Aisha Ramakrishnan has joined the firm as an associate in our Corporate/Commercial Group.

Aisha Ramakrishnan is a member of the firm’s Corporate/Commercial Group. She was a summer student and an articling student at the firm prior to returning as an associate.

Aisha’s practice will focus on corporate and commercial law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, financings and regulatory matters for private and public companies.

Aisha obtained her J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University.
