Aly Pabani joins Dutton Brock LLP

Dutton Brock is pleased to announce that Aly Pabani has joined our office as an associate with our Accident Benefits group.

Aly formerly worked at a boutique insurance defence firm in Toronto and gained extensive experience on a broad range of insurance defence matters including occupiers liability, product liability, fraud actions, coverage, personal injury, and property matters. He continues to develop his broad insurance defence practice. He has frequently attended the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Small Claims Court and the Licence Appeal Tribunal

Prior to receiving his JD/JD from the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law and the University of Detroit, School of Law in 2017, Aly earned a BA. from McMaster University in 2011.
