Amanda Laren joins Robins Appleby’s Tax and Estate Planning Group

Robins Appleby LLP is pleased to announce Amanda Laren has joined the firm as an associate in the Tax and Estate Planning Group.

Amanda is an associate in our Tax & Estate Planning Group. She advises clients on all areas of taxation law, focusing on tax planning for family-owned and closely-held businesses, including the tax implications of corporate transactions, estate and family business succession  planning, and post-mortem planning. Before joining Robins Appleby, Amanda practised tax law at a large national law firm, where she had a general tax practice, focused on the tax implications of mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and capital markets transactions, as well as executive compensation.
