Andrew Bedford Joins Torys’ Calgary Office

Torys is pleased to announce that Andrew Bedford has joined the firm as Counsel in our Real Estate Practice.

Andrew Bedford has a broad based background in the commercial real estate, banking and energy practice areas.

In the commercial real estate area, Andrew advises developers, oil sands producers, pension funds, landlords and tenants with all aspects of real estate.

In the banking area, he has broad experience advising a variety of lenders and a variety of borrowers on all aspects of financing matters, including real acquisition and development financing.

In the energy area, Andrew assists clients with complex oil and gas title matters, various agreements related to the exploitation of mineral interests and negotiating of acquisition and divestiture transactions. In addition, he acts for lenders and borrowers in relation to oil and gas financings.
