Andrew Dilts is an associate in our Business Law Group. He offers experience acting for both private and public companies on a broad range of corporate and securities law issues, including public offerings, private placements, and mergers and acquisitions.

Andrew’s experience includes supporting clients with debt and equity financings, corporate governance matters, continuous disclosure obligations, share and asset sales, due diligence matters, and corporate reorganizations. He has worked with clients in a wide range of sectors, with a focus on natural resources, technology, and emerging company sectors.
