Andrew is an associate in our Securities Group. He advises public and private companies on general corporate and securities law issues, including corporate governance, capital market regulatory compliance and continuous disclosure obligations.
Andrews transactional experience includes acting on cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions, take-over bids and public company financings. Andrew also has experience representing clients in continuous disclosure reviews before the British Columbia Securities Commission.
Prior to joining Cassels Brock, Andrew was an associate in the business law group of another major Canadian law firm.
