Andrew Stewart Joins Osler’s Toronto Office

Osler is pleased to announce that Andrew Stewart has joined the firm as an associate in our Business Law Group.

Andrew’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities, and general corporate matters. He joined the firm as a summer student in 2010 and completed his articles in 2011-2012, during which time he was seconded to the legal department at Royal Bank of Canada. Andrew returned to Osler as an associate in 2012.
