Beard Winter LLP announces new partner Colleen E. Arsenault

Beard Winter LLP is pleased to announce that Colleen E. Arsenault has joined the partnership. Colleen practices in the firm’s Insurance Litigation group. Since her call to the bar in 2006, Colleen has practiced civil litigation with an emphasis on insurance defence. Her practice currently encompasses life and health benefits, motor vehicle accidents, property damage, occupier’s liability, product liability, coverage issues, subrogation and general bodily injury claims. She has appeared at all levels of court in Ontario. Colleen is active at the firm currently serving as chair of the articling student committee and has long been a principal and mentor to students and junior lawyers in various capacities.
