Bennett Jones Welcomes Associate Alysha Pannu

Bennett Jones is pleased to welcome Alysha Pannu to our Corporate Department in our Toronto office.

Alysha’s practice focuses on competition law matters, including merger review, abuse of dominance, and compliance matters. Alysha also advises clients on foreign investment review under the Investment Canada Act.

Prior to joining Bennett Jones, Alysha articled at another large, national Canadian law firm and worked at the Mergers Directorate of the Competition Bureau where she reviewed mergers under the Competition Act. Her professional experience also includes working in the area of trade policy for Global Affairs Canada, Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, as well as the Canadian Embassy in Washington DC where she completed an internship.
