With a strong background in insurance defence, Kellie has represented clients in a wide range of matters, including motor vehicle accidents, product liability, occupiers’ liability, and general civil litigation. She has extensive experience appearing before various Ontario courts, including the Superior Court of Justice, Small Claims Court, Ontario Court of Justice, the Landlord and Tenant Board, and the WSIAT.
