Jodi Solomon is a member of the firm’s Employment & Labour Group. Jodi provides advice in all matters of workplace law and workplace disputes. Acting on behalf of both employers and employees, Jodi’s practice encompasses a broad spectrum of employment law, including wrongful and constructive dismissal, Occupational Health and Safety Act prosecutions, human rights, harassment, as well as executive compensation in the public and private sector. Jodi is a discerning advocate and regularly appears before the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, the Ontario Court of Justice, Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and the Divisional Court.
