David provides practical and strategic advice to owners, contractors, subcontractors, engineers, consultants and surety bonding companies. As a former member of the OBA Construction Section executive, David specializes in assisting with complex mediation, arbitration and litigation disputes arising from large-scale construction and engineering projects.

David also contributes to the social fabric of the firm and the community, helping guide BLG’s Associates Committee, mentoring junior lawyers and students and volunteering with Pro Bono Law Canada.
