His practice is focused mainly on municipal law, with an emphasis on planning and development law and expropriation law. Ian appears frequently at the Ontario Municipal Board (OMB) in planning and expropriation cases and at the Board of Negotiation in expropriation cases. Ian also has experience in real estate civil litigation, procurement law, regulatory compliance matters, and municipal licencing.
