Carla Hunt joins Torys’ Calgary office. Her practice focuses on corporate and commercial matters, project development, and private mergers and acquisitions, primarily for clients in the oil and gas and energy sectors. Her experience includes drafting and negotiating corporate agreements, preparing opinions on various industry-related legal issues and conducting corporate due diligence, including title review of subsurface mineral leases.
