Suhuyini Abudulai is a partner in the Financial Services Group at Cassels Brock. Her practice focuses on commercial lending transactions, representing lenders and borrowers in domestic and multi-jurisdictional financing transactions, and advising on regulatory compliance matters in financial services and the payments industry, including compliance with consumer protection laws, of which she regularly advices on compliance with consumer protection laws in Canada, including documentation and disclosure requirements.
