Ardy represents both private and public sector clients in the acquisition and disposition of a wide range of commercial assets including retail centres, industrial and office buildings, multi-residential complexes, and hotels. Ardy routinely acts on both lender and borrower side real estate financing transactions, including those relating to acquisition, term, mezzanine and construction loan facilities. He also has extensive experience in landlord and tenant side leasing for office, industrial, retail, and restaurant premises. Furthermore, Ardy advises private equity funds, developers, and investment companies on joint venture and co-ownership structuring, and issuers and underwriters on capital market offerings.
