Cassels Congratulates New Partner Stephanie Roberts

Cassels is pleased to announce that Stephanie Roberts has become a partner of the firm.

Stephanie’s practice includes various aspects of intellectual property law and related areas, with a focus on trademarks. She provides opinions on the availability of new trademarks, prosecutes trademark applications, conducts opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademarks Opposition Board and advises clients on protection and enforcement strategies. Stephanie regularly assists and advises clients on matters relating to copyright, licensing, domain name disputes, as well as on a range of corporate, commercial, and contractual matters. She also has experience advising clients on compliance with various regulatory requirements, including alcohol labelling and licensing, advertising and marketing, and product packaging and standards. Stephanie also advises clients and has experience assisting in a variety of litigation matters.
