Dana is an experienced litigator who represents individual and corporate clients on a broad range of complex corporate commercial and securities litigation matters. Her practice includes shareholder and contractual disputes, regulatory investigations and proceedings before the OSC, IIROC, the MFDA and FSRA, professional negligence claims, investment loss claims, fraud actions, employment disputes and insurance litigation. Dana has also acted for clients in internal investigations, intellectual property disputes, estate litigation and construction disputes. In addition to her litigation practice, Dana is the firm’s Director of Student Programs.
