Crawley MacKewn Brush LLP Welcomes Associate Cheyenne Parsons

Crawley MacKewn Brush LLP is pleased to announce that Cheyenne Parsons has joined the firm as an associate. Cheyenne is a litigator with a focus on corporate, commercial and securities disputes. She acts for both plaintiffs and defendants in a broad range of commercial disputes including shareholder disputes, class actions, breach of contract, fraud, defamation, professional liability claims, and investment loss. Cheyenne has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario, the trial courts of British Columbia, Alberta, and Yukon. In addition, Cheyenne represents individuals and companies facing investigation and enforcement proceedings before the Ontario Securities Commission (Capital Markets Tribunal), the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization, as well as the Financial Services Regulatory Authority.

Prior to joining CMB, Cheyenne was an associate at another boutique securities litigation firm, where she represented clients in a variety of commercial and civil litigation matters. Cheyenne also has experience working as an in-house prosecutor for an Ontario regulatory authority, where she handled complex regulatory enforcement matters from intake to trial.
