Crawley MacKewn Brush LLP Welcomes Associate Kristen Buckholt

Crawley MacKewn Brush LLP is pleased to welcome Kristen Buckholt as an Associate.

Crawley MacKewn Brush LLP is delighted to announce that Kristen Buckholt has joined the firm as an Associate after both summering and articling with the firm.

Kristen graduated from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, where she developed an interest in litigation after her experiences with trial advocacy. In her first year of law school, she volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada to develop a resource guide for 2SLGBTQ+ youth about their legal rights in public schools. She served as co-director of the Hockey Arbitration Competition of Canada, wherein students from across North America compete in NHL salary dispute arbitration. She was the co-president of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society in her final year of school.

Prior to law school, Kristen completed her B.A. in political science at George Washington University. She graduated magna cum laude in 2020.

Kristen’s practice will focus on corporate and securities litigation.
