Deeth Williams Wall LLP is pleased to announce that Michelle Noonan has returned to the firm as an associate after her call to the bar in Ontario.

Deeth Williams Wall LLP is pleased to announce that Michelle Noonan has returned to the firm as an associate after her call to the bar in Ontario.

Michelle’s practice covers a range of intellectual property matters, including litigation involving trademarks, patents, and copyright. She also advises clients on clearance, filing, prosecution, opposition and enforcement of intellectual property rights, with an emphasis on trademarks.

Prior to attending law school, Michelle obtained her Master of Science in physiology and pharmacology. Her graduate research focused on a cell signalling pathway involved in breast cancer metastasis. She joined DWW as a summer student in 2017 and completed her articles with the firm in 2019.
