Deeth Williams Wall LLP is pleased to welcome Gary T. Daniel to the firm as Counsel. Gary practises intellectual property law including trademark, copyright, IP licensing and agreements. Gary’s practice extends from the prosecution of trademark applications through to litigation of intellectual property rights. He appears in the courts of the Province of Ontario, as well as the Federal Court of Canada and before the Trademark Opposition Board.

Gary has thirty years’ experience in the intellectual property field. He advises clients in complex licensing issues and has acted as intellectual property counsel in major corporate transactions.
