Derek W. Levinsky is a financial services lawyer and a member of the Corporate and Regulatory Insurance Practice Group. His practice focuses on corporate & commercial law with an emphasis on corporate and regulatory matters in the insurance industry.
Derek also has experience in and regularly assists clients with private equity, venture financing, and merger and acquisition transactions.
Prior to joining Cassels Brock, Derek worked at the Toronto office of a mid-size corporate law firm.
