Dickinson Wright LLP is pleased to announce the election of Axel Kindbom as partner to the firm, effective January 1, 2013. Axel Kindbom practices corporate/commercial law in the Firms Toronto office. He acts for public and private companies and counsels clients on all aspects of mergers & acquisitions, securities offerings, distressed investments and restructurings, venture capital finance, start-up and government funding and private equity. Mr. Kindbom is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Swedish Canadian Chamber of Commerce. He is Chairman of the Firms Continuing Professional Development Committee (Toronto) and the Swedish School of Toronto. Mr. Kindbom received his Canadian Legal Accreditation from the University of Toronto, his J.D. from Tulane University Law School and a B.A. from McGill University.
