Dickinson Wright LLP Names Kathy Le as Partner

Dickinson Wright LLP is pleased to announce the election of Kathy Le as a new partner of the firm’s Toronto office, effective January 1, 2022.

As a member of the firm’s business transactions group, Kathy’s practice includes a variety of corporate and commercial matters with a focus on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring and restructuring, commercial agreements and corporate governance.  She is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, the Law Society of Upper Canada, Lawyers Associated Worldwide, and the Association for Corporate Growth. Kathy received her Bachelor of Commerce from Ryerson University and her J.D. from the University of Windsor.
