Dan Poliwoda is a Litigation Associate in the firm’s Toronto office. He has experience in a variety of matters involving corporate/commercial litigation, competition law, international trade, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, government affairs and public law.
Dan received his B.A. from Western University, and his J.D. from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law. He also holds a Certificate in Transnational Law from the University of Geneva. He continues to be involved at the University of Toronto, with both the Faculty of Law and the Rotman School of Management. Dan is fluent in French and Hebrew.
