Dickinson Wright LLP is pleased to announce that David Seifer has joined the firm’s Toronto office as an Associate.

Mr. Seifer has a broad litigation practice, with a focus on commercial disputes, including breach of contract, bankruptcy and insolvency, and shareholder oppression. In addition, he also has experience with administrative law, particularly assisting clients with judicial review of government decisions.

Mr. Seifer is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, and the Toronto Lawyers Association. He received his HBA, with distinction, from Western University Ivey Business School and his J.D. from Western University.
