Griffin’s practice focuses on general corporate and securities law matters for both public and private companies. He has represented clients in different industries on a variety of transactions including private placements of equity and debt securities, public offerings, reverse takeovers and going-public transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Griffin practiced at a boutique corporate and securities firm based in Toronto. Griffin received his B.A. from the University of Guelph and his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Edinburgh.
