Kristin focuses her practice on commercial and business litigation, entertainment, intellectual property, and regulatory law. She has experience representing and advising clients in the areas of intellectual property, entertainment and media, regulatory, privacy, defamation, tort, bankruptcy and insolvency, landlord and tenant, and enforcement-related matters.

Kristin is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, Law Society of Ontario, and The Advocates’ Society. She received her B.A. from the University of Guelph and her J.D. from Queen’s University.
