Dickinson Wright is pleased to announce that Lipika Singh has joined the firm's Toronto office as an Associate.

Lipika Singh is an Associate in the firm’s Toronto office. She graduated from a business and law dual-degree program at Western University, where she discovered her interest in the legal aspects of commercial transactions. Lipika focuses her practice on Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Securities. She has assisted with a handful of private acquisitions and public offerings as a summer and articling student at Dickinson Wright. Lipika is eager to use her understanding of business management and strategy to hit the ground running as a first-year associate in the Canadian transactions group.
