Dickinson Wright LLP is pleased to announce that Pejman (PJ) Esfandiari has joined the firm's Toronto office as an Associate.

PJ Esfandiari is an Associate in the firm’s Toronto office. As a corporate and commercial lawyer, he focuses his practice on banking & finance, mergers & acquisitions, and general corporate and commercial matters. He has advised a broad range of clients, including lenders, real estate developers, and renewable energy providers. He has experience assisting companies with incorporations, corporate structuring/restructuring, drafting agreements, development of financing strategies, and various other tasks associated with early-stage business ventures. Prior to joining the firm, PJ was a corporate associate at a regional law firm and a staff lawyer at a national law firm. PJ received his B.A. from York University, his M.B.A. from Schulich School of Business and his J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School.
