Dickinson Wright LLP Welcomes Associate Ray Luckiram

Dickinson Wright LLP is pleased to announce that Ray Luckiram has joined the firm's Toronto office as an Associate.

Ray Luckiram is an Associate in the firm’s Toronto office. His main areas of practice include securities and capital markets, regulatory compliance of public companies, and equity/debt offerings. He continues to build his practice in M&A and emerging/high growth company law. He has extensive experience in the drafting and negotiation of complex commercial agreements and has completed several industry-leading prospectus offerings and prospectus exempt transactions. He has acted for a variety of multinational and domestic clients in health sciences tech, digital assets and iGaming. Ray received his B.A. from Wilfrid Laurier University, his Bachelor of Laws from University of Sussex Law School, and a Master of International Civil and Commercial Laws from Leiden University Law School.
