DMG Advocates Welcomes Jade Wong

DMG Advocates is pleased to announce that Jade Wong has joined us as an associate.

Prior to joining DMG Advocates following her Call to the Ontario Bar in 2021, Jade was a summer and articling student at a national full-service firm in Toronto. Focusing on litigation, she worked in a myriad of areas including securities law, class actions, fraud, and international trade. Jade has also appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and Ontario Court of Justice, assisting a sole practitioner with a criminal defence case.

Jade graduated Cum Laude (JD) and with Distinction (MA) from the dual-degree Juris Doctor and Master of Arts Program at the University of Ottawa’s Faculty of Law and Carleton University’s Norman Paterson School of International Affairs. During law school, Jade was an active member with Canadian Association of Refugee Lawyers, Women’s Legal Mentorship Program, Ontario Justice Education Network, Level Justice, and law-student run musical productions. Throughout her program, she received nine awards, including the Ontario Graduate Scholarship.
