Thomas is an associate focused solely on insurance defence matters, including property and casualty claims and coverage issues. Thomas is a result-focused lawyer, who prides himself in being both practical and efficient. Previous to joining Dutton Brock, Thomas worked for a prominent Toronto Personal Injury Firm where he represented Plaintiffs in all aspects of litigation. Thomas is admitted to practice law in numerous states, where he previously practiced corporate law, personal injury, workers’ compensation and criminal defence.
