Shivani is an experienced litigator in our Toronto office, who has spent years in courts tenaciously representing clients on labour and employment matters. Her approach has always been to fiercely advocate for her clients but take a cost-effective and collaborative approach when in their best interest.

In her employment law practice, Shivani frequently advises employers on a wide-variety of matters, including: accommodation issues, occupational health and safety, performance management, termination, human rights and wrongful dismissal claims.
