Hicks Morley Congratulates New Partner Sunny Khaira

Hicks Morley is pleased to announce that Sunny Khaira has joined the firm’s partnership.

Sunny is a labour and employment lawyer in Hicks Morley’s Toronto office. In his broad practice, he has successfully represented clients in judicial review applications, wrongful dismissal claims and human rights applications. Sunny has an impressive record in both the private and public sectors. He is regularly successful obtaining dismissals or resolutions of numerous labour arbitration grievances, various proceedings before the Ontario Labour Relations Board, and many wrongful dismissal cases before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.

Sunny is a highly skilled advocate and an effective negotiator. He regularly provides advice on various human rights issues including assisting employers with developing workplace policies and assisting with preventing—and appropriately responding to—issues of discrimination, harassment and accessibility in the workplace.
