Hicks Morley is pleased to announce that Amanda Cohen has joined the firm as an associate in our Toronto office.
Amanda provides advice and representation to employers and management in both the private and public sector on a wide-range of labour, employment and human rights issues, including grievance arbitrations, collective bargaining, labour disputes, occupational health and safety, human rights and accommodation and employment standards.
Amanda received her Juris Doctor from Queen’s University. While studying at Queen’s, she competed in a number of provincial moots including the National Labour Arbitration Competition. She also worked at the Queen’s Legal Aid Clinic, assisting clients in managing employment and other contract disputes.
