Hicks Morley Welcomes Associate Gabrielle Lemoine

Hicks Morley is pleased to announce that Gabrielle Lemoine has joined the firm as an associate in our Toronto office. Gabrielle represents private and public sector employers on a wide range of labour and employment issues, including grievance arbitrations, collective bargaining, labour disputes, wrongful dismissals, constructive dismissals, and employment standards. She particularly enjoys working on judicial reviews and appeals.

Gabrielle received her Juris Doctor from Dalhousie University. While Gabrielle was studying at Dalhousie, her mooting team won the Harold G. Fox Intellectual Property Law national moot. She was recognized as the best advocate overall.

Prior to joining Hicks Morley, Gabrielle clerked for the Honourable Justice Donald J. Rennie at the Federal Court of Appeal and articled at a full-service national law firm.
