Hicks Morley is pleased to announce that Olivia Evans has joined the firm as an associate in our Toronto office.

Hicks Morley is pleased to announce that Olivia Evans has joined the firm as an associate in our Toronto office. Olivia provides advice and representation to employers and management in both the private and public sectors on a wide range of labour, employment and human rights issues. This includes grievance arbitrations, collective bargaining, wrongful dismissal actions, human rights and accommodation, and employment standards complaints.

Olivia received her Juris Doctor from Queen’s University. During her time at Queen’s, she served as an executive member of the Labour and Employment Law Club, a volunteer editor for the Canadian Labour and Employment Law Journal, and a project manager with Pro Bono Students Canada.

Prior to law school, Olivia graduated with Distinction from Dalhousie University where she received her Bachelor of Arts in International Development Studies with a minor in law and society.
