Hicks Morley is pleased to announce that Stephanie Ramsay has joined the firm as an associate in our Toronto office.
Stephanie advises public and private sector employers on a range of labour and employment law issues, with a focus on human rights and accommodation, workplace harassment, wrongful dismissal defence litigation, employment standards, employment contracts and workplace policies. She has represented employers before the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Superior Court of Justice and the Small Claims Court.
Stephanie has particular experience advising clients in the retail sector. Prior to joining Hicks Morley, Stephanie was in-house labour and employment counsel at a leading Canadian retailer and was previously an associate at a national labour and employment law boutique.
