Chief Operating Officer Guillaume Lessard is pleased to announce that Laleh Moshiri has joined the firm as Hicks Morley’s Director, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
Laleh is a trailblazer in the Canadian diversity, equity and inclusion space, having helped pioneer the field in increasingly senior roles over the past two decades, including seven years as a change agent for inclusion and belonging at a large national organization.
In addition to receiving the Practitioner of the Year award from the Canadian Centre of Diversity and Inclusion in 2017 and being the inaugural recipient of the Laleh Moshiri Ally Award at Prisme in 2022, Laleh has Bachelor of Laws from the University of Toronto and certification as an Associate Diversity Coach from CoachDiversity Institute.
